Error: #REF! displays due to invalid cell reference in formula.

Cause:
One or multiple cell references in the formula are invalid. This problem can occur when the cell referenced by a formula has been deleted or overwritten.
Solution:
Edit the formula to exclude the deleted or overwritten cells. Or, undo the last action.
Do one of the following:
1) Edit the formula:
a) Select the cell that contains the formula.
b) Press F2 to display the formula in the cell.
c) Make the necessary changes to the formula in the cell.
2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Undo' immediately after deleting or pasting cells.
